1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a golf package or using any service offered by Colombia Golf Travel ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Colombia Golf Travel provides all-inclusive golf travel packages in Colombia and Latin America, including but not limited to: green fee and tee time reservations, hotel accommodation, airport and in-country transfers, caddie coordination, and curated sightseeing experiences. All packages are custom-built per client request.
3. Bookings and Reservations
Reservations become confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your written quote. A booking confirmation will be sent via email. Colombia Golf Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and golf clubs, hotels, and transportation providers. Final availability is subject to third-party confirmation at the time of booking.
4. Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, 100% of the total must be paid upfront. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at colombiagolftravel.com/refund.html. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) ensuring your passport and travel documents are valid for the duration of the trip; (b) obtaining any required visas; (c) having adequate travel and health insurance; (d) complying with golf club dress codes and etiquette rules; (e) informing us of any health conditions or accessibility requirements prior to booking.
7. Liability Limitations
Colombia Golf Travel acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and golf facilities. We are not liable for: delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party providers; personal injury, illness, or property loss during the trip; force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions; changes to golf course conditions or availability beyond our control.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, and loss of personal belongings. Colombia Golf Travel is not responsible for costs incurred due to the absence of adequate insurance coverage.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at colombiagolftravel.com/privacy.html. By submitting a booking or inquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
10. Modifications to Terms
Colombia Golf Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with Colombian law and in the competent courts of Colombia.
